Our Learning

Nursery

We have two half-term topics for Autumn 2: Light and Dark and Let's Celebrate!

The children will be learning about: Diwali, Remembrance Day, Bonfire Night and Christmas.

During Autumn 2 they will also have a Nursery Rhyme Week when they will build on the Nursery rhymes they have learnt already:

  • Humpty Dumpty,
  • Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
  • If You’re Happy and You Know It

and learn three more:

  • Incy Wincy Spider
  • Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
  • When Santa Got Stuck Up the Chimney

Click on the links below to help support your child's learning at home. Do things a little and often - don't overload them with an hour of learning!

Here are some videos which give advice on how to keep your child safe online. As more children have access to tablets, phones and laptops it is important that we all know how to keep them safe online.
