Keep your children healthy and happy
Here are some easy tips to stay healthy and happy.
Give them exercise!
Run around a lot! It’s fun and it keeps you healthy.
Give them fruit and vegetables
Eat 3 portions of vegetables a day, and 2 portions of fruit.
Train them to wash their hands
Washing your hands after you go to the toilet, and wash you hands before you eat. And wash your hands if they are dirty (like, after playing outside, after sneezing, or after stroking an animal).

Train them to brush their teeth
Brush your teeth twice everyday: brush your teeth after breakfast, and brush your teeth before you go to bed.

Have a bath or shower a few times a week.
