Here are some easy tips to stay healthy and happy.
Do some exercise!
Run around a lot! It’s fun and it keeps you healthy.
Eat fruit and vegetables
Eat 3 portions of vegetables a day, and 2 portions of fruit.
Wash your hands
Washing your hands after you go to the toilet, and wash you hands before you eat. And wash your hands if they are dirty (like, after playing outside, after sneezing, or after stroking an animal).

Brush your teeth
Brush your teeth twice everyday: brush your teeth after breakfast, and brush your teeth before you go to bed.

Have a bath
Have a bath a few times a week.
