Science Day
Wow! Have we got an amazing Science Day planned for the whole school on Wednesday the 23rd of November.
Year 1 and 2 will be having an incredible day of learning, exploring, creating and making SLIME - thick, oozy, sticky gloopy, stretchy, bouncy slime! This has been chosen because the children are desperate to learn about this area of Science but it is not covered in the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Reception are going to be watching the stars and the planets in the Wonder Dome Not only will they see the wOnder of the world around them but they will also be thinking about the amazing opportunities there will be for them to have a career in space when they grow up. This workshop has been chosen to support them in their Autumn 2 topic work which is focused around SPACE!
