Year 2 Trip to Rhyl 7.7.22

RHYL is BRILL! Year 2 will need to be at school at 8 o'clock for the long journey to Rhyl. They will have a lovely air-conditioned coach and biscuits and polos to eat and suck all the way. They will also be singing the songs for their 1001 Arabian Nights performance. No learning time is wasted!
At Rhyl they go to the toilet and then enjoy themselves digging in the sand, searching for shells and paddling in the sea. Lunch will be a bread roll from school and chips from the chip shop. This will be followed by a juice and an ice-cream from one of the sea front vendors. They will then toilet again and return to school - hopefully fast asleep!! We should arrive back by 5pm. Watch out for the text message on your phone for the exact time. Please make sure they have an extra set of clothes a sun hat and sunscreen.
