Royal Picnic in the Park
Get ready for a right royal celebration in Palfrey Park on Friday the 5th of May at 11.20am-12.30pm.
All are invited to join us at 11.20am in Palfrey Park by the bandstand to celebrate the coronation. Bring a picnic blanket and some food and come and sit with the children and enjoy the fun. You are welcome to come to school at 11am and walk down with your child, or you can just meet us there. Each class will have its own seating area. Deputy Lieutenant; Simon Topman will also be making a visit to the picnic to tell us about the importance of the coronation. The event will finish at 12.30 and parents can sign their children out from the park and take them home from there. Children without parents/carers, at the event, will be returned to school to be collected at 1pm from there. IF it rains we will recreate the park in the class(!!!) and you are still welcome to come in and picnic with the children.
